  19. info.cern.ch has been unreachable for large parts of several days  
  20. recently (or, if reachable, it has been unusable). This is because it  
  21. has too much reliance on an ULTRIC file server which has had DEC  
  22. engineers running round trying to find hardware problems. I hope the  
  23. problemis fixed now, but we will take steps to make info less dependent  
  24. on it in the future.
